While AI has become a buzzword recently, can it actually help us as academics? How can we manage with AI in the classroom? Should we use it in publishing? What are the productive (and legal) ways of using AI? This workshop will cover the legal aspects of using AI, useful ways to engage with it in the classroom, some prompting techniques, and an overview of useful services that you can use for all stages of the research process. The workshop will incorporate in-session practice to help you use these tools in an ethical and smart way.
