CLARA Days is organised by INDRC and CIIRC CTU with the involvement of all CLARA partners. CLARA Days is CLARA's contribution to the AI Days 2025, a nationwide initiative aimed at broadening awareness of AI across academia, business, civil society, and the general public.

The event is held under the official patronage of Prague City Councillor Dr Daniel Mazur and with the support of the Czech Republic's Ministry of Industry and Trade. The event is also supported by INPACE - Indo-Pacific European Hub for Digital Partnerships.

The event also has a broader international dimension - within the framework of the Capacity Building for Ukraine programme of the Ministry of Industry and Trade of the Czech Republic, a delegation of university students and academics from Lviv, Ukraine, will participate in CLARA DAYS 2025. The event will thus support direct networking and education of future leaders of European science and innovation.

The program of CLARA DAYS 2025 will offer three parts:
11. 11. 2025 CLARA Annual Meeting (an internal event for CLARA teams and their guests only)

11.-12. 11. 2025 CLARA Symposium, the first scientific conference organised by CLARA

The CLARA Symposium will bring together leading scientists, industry experts, policymakers, and students. The symposium will present CLARA’s research strategy and long-term vision, foster international collaboration, and open new joint research directions to address global health challenges such as neurodegeneration and dementia. Its ambition is to connect the dots representing the wealth of information we already have about dementia-Alzheimer syndrome, using disruptive technologies and methods.
The symposium will feature keynote lectures by distinguished speakers, including:
Prof. Michal Rosen-Zvi, IBM Research, Israel (remotely)
Dr. Ira Ronit Hebold Haraldsen, Oslo University Hospital, Norway
Dr. Adam J Schwarz., GE Healthcare, USA

For those interested in student and early-career engagement, the Young AI Research Forum will follow on 12 November from 15:30 to 20:00. It will feature interactive sessions, poster presentations, short pitches, and the launch of the first edition of the CLARA Young Innovator Award 2026. Young AI Research Forum strives to provide an interesting opportunity not only to ML/AI PhD students and junior researchers but also to undergraduate students with an interest in research careers from across Czech academic institutions to delve deeper into topics that are relevant to all. Whether it’s developing a strong research brand, collaborating with industry or addressing global challenges exacerbated by the use of AI technologies towards responsible AI research.
